James h: Hello and good afternoon this is lightning news

James p: There has recently been a community argument about Last weekend's incident at Priory Park locals saw beer bottles and lager cans on the floor that have been smashed on the path that is a danger to local people and dogs. Local people have been disturbed by motor bike noises close to the houses and in priory park, the motor bikes and quad bikes have wrecked the park ground.

James h: But the problem is not just confined to Priory Park. Victoria Park has become a focal point for gangs of teenagers who like to hang around drinking, smoking and shouting until the early hours waking up the older residence that live by the park.

James p: Harold Jones, speaking at a recent meeting of the town council's management committee, described just how anti-social behaviour is manifesting itself.

James h: Cindy Lawson can’t be with us today to talk about her son getting threaten by the teenagers

Cynthia: Cindy Lawson explained: “my son has been playing on the skate park for 3 years and some anti-social 18 year old come to the park and threaten anyone that comes in the park including my son”.

James p: Thank you, Cindy

James h: An Anti-social Behaviour Order will be brought to youths if they are either hanging round disturbing the piece or carrying alcohol when there underage. But many youths carry on with this behaviour because an anti-social behaviour is like a reward for most bad youths and to end that is a prison sentence.
